Return & Refund Policy

1.Faulty Products

If the product you received is deemed to be faulty and is within the warranty period, you are required to return the product to us in person or via courier/post so we can initiate the refund or replacement process. Contact us for a case ID number. The following conditions need to be satisfied:

1.1        The product is within it’s warranty period.

1.2        The product has not been damaged or broken.

1.3        A copy of the tax invoice is attached with the return.

1.4     The product is returned in whole, with any accessories.

1.5     The Customer is liable for any freight charges involved with the return. 

 

2. Incorrect Purchase / Unwanted Items

We do not offer refunds, returns or credit for any incorrect product purchases. As a gesture of good will on a case by case basis we may accept a return for a credit. In these circumstances a 30% restocking fee will apply and the following conditions need to be satisfied:

 

2.1   The item, including box/packaging will need to be returned unused and in perfect condition.

2.2   The purchase would need to have within 30 days of the return.

2.3   The return credit will be less any transaction fees incurred at the time of purchase.

2.4   The Customer is liable for any freight charges involved with the return.

2.5    The purchase is not a cut length of cable.

2.6        The purchase is not a custom order.

  

3. Delivery Errors

3.1   If you receive an item in error, You, the Customer holds the Products as fiduciary bailee and agent for Level 2 Shop         and you will need to contact us so we can arrange for collection or return.

3.2.  If you receive surplus quantity of an item in error, You, the Customer holds the Products as fiduciary bailee and agent for Level 2 Shop and you will need to contact us so we can arrange for collection or return

      

4. Cancelling of Orders

Level 2 Shop reserves the right to cancel an order at any time. As we offer direct sales options via phone and email our product stock levels may not be reflected in time on our online platform. If your purchase has been completed on our online platform including the checkout and we are unable to fulfil your order quantity or in time your order will be cancelled and a refund will be provided. Once the checkout process has been completed a customer cannot cancel an order and the transaction will be subject to clause (2) of Level 2 Shop’s refund and return policy.

 

5. Advetising Errors

Should a product be advertised incorrectly cost, specification or description and it is deemed we are unable to supply your product a full refund will be issued. As we offer direct sales options via phone and email our product stock levels may not be reflected in time on our online platform. If your purchase has been completed on our online platform including the checkout and our stock including promotions has been depleted, we may be unable to fulfil your order. In this case your order will be cancelled and a refund will be provided.
